Lodi

Lodi’s (aka Lodi Transparent) are a soft-skinned, white fleshed, early-season apple, very similar to the Transparent variety.
They are a best-seller for making pies or applesauce. You won’t find this variety in stores because they don’t keep for long unless frozen.
