We grow over 50 varieties of apples from commercial staples you find in a grocery store to heirloom varieties you don’t.
We also grow cider varieties (bitter-sharps and bitter-sweets) that provide complex flavors to our line of hard ciders.
Our harvest season starts with three early varieties in July (Lodi, Transparent, and Jersey Mac) and ends with late varieties in November (Rome, Turley Winesap, Stayman Winesap, and Old Fashion Winesap).
